Questions About the Halo Club
Two options: $79.99 for a full year (one payment — the best value, like getting several months free), or $10.99 per month with no annual commitment. Both unlock the exact same perks: 20% off every food order, free shipping on every order (48 contiguous states and D.C.), and first access to new flavors.
Once you join, your member perks apply automatically whenever you’re logged in to your account. You’ll see 20% off and free shipping at checkout on every food order — one-time or recurring. No codes, no hoops.
Yes — and it’s optional. You can have your dog’s food ship automatically every month so you never run out (skip or cancel anytime), or just order whenever you like. Either way, your membership perks apply. Auto-delivery is about convenience; the savings come from your membership.
Log in to your account, open Membership, and cancel in one click — no phone calls, no email chains. You keep your perks through the end of your current billing period.
If you feed your dog year-round (most members do), the annual plan saves you the most — it works out to far less than paying monthly. Choose monthly if you’d rather keep it flexible with no yearly commitment. You can switch plans anytime from your account.
None. Both plans renew automatically until you cancel: monthly at the monthly price each month, annual at the annual price each year. Cancel anytime online in your account (Account → Membership); your perks last through the period you’ve paid for. You’re never trapped.
Absolutely. Swap between Beef, Chicken, and Turkey + Salmon anytime from your account — your member pricing follows you across every formula.

Register your dog’s profileMembership means she's known here.
Anyone can offer a coupon. Halo Club is what happens when we actually know her — her name, her birthday, what she's built for.
Her profile, on file
Breed, weight, birthday, what her stomach can handle. We use it to get her portions right and tell you before she runs out.
Birthday & Gotcha Day
We keep both dates, because the day she came home matters as much as the day she was born. We will not let either pass quietly.
First taste of new flavors
New formulas go to Halo members before they reach the shop. You will have tried it before the shelf has.
A say in what we make
Members get asked what should come next — proteins, sizes, treats — and we build from those answers.
