The Loyal Saints mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Loyal Saints ("Loyal Saints", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Loyal Saints's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Loyal Saints through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Loyal Saints and its affiliates.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Loyal Saints. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text the keyword HELP to our number for help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages from us again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We take privacy seriously. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our mobile messaging program are used solely to send you marketing and service-related text messages from Loyal Saints. This data is not shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Loyal Saints's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information may be used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message to subscribers who have opted into SMS marketing.
