Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 and over
Standard Shipping: $7.99 on orders under $75
Express Shipping: $14.99 (2–3 business days)

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days. Express within 2–3 business days. We ship throughout the continental United States.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee*

We stand behind our food completely. If your dog doesnt love it within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right — full refund or replacement, your choice.

*Applies to first-time orders only. Product must be in original packaging. Opened product eligible for refund if your dog refused to eat it.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately.

Subscription Orders

Halo Club subscription orders follow the same guarantee for first deliveries. Subsequent orders: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
